Pre LCOY KP: Welcome Remarks by Mr Umair Mufakir CEO, NYCCC

At the Pre-Local Conference of Youth – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, held on 28th July 2025 at the Governor House, Peshawar, Mr. M Umair Mufakir CEO of NYCCC, delivered the official welcome remarks, emphasizing the importance of youth-led dialogue in shaping climate policy.
He also contributed as a panelist in the session:
“The Role of Youth, Women, and Faith Leaders in Advancing Pakistan’s NDCs and National Adaptation Plan (NAP)”, where he spoke about the need for inclusive climate governance and the role of grassroots mobilization in national commitments.
